A quite comfortable stay that matches the wonderful scenery and culture of the town. Fairly clean hotel with absolutely superb breakfast. Fast check in and late check out. Great and affordable meals.

The Plaza Hotel Balanga City is a charming new hotel situated in a beautiful royal-style building. the location is excellent and unbeatable, right next to Balanga, Bataan, with eateries and shops nearby. - Great spot to stay for a two-week business trip.

This hotel is conveniently located near the town center and within walking distance to St Joseph Cathedral, and the rooms have lovely balconies; the staff were exceptional, and we had a great stay.

We had difficulty finding the parking lot as the sign was not very visible. There was also a delay in getting towels to our room, which was frustrating after a long day out.

Stayed here for Christmas holidays. Loved the Christmas decorations and ambiance. It made the whole experience feel festive. the hotel offered complementary hot cocoa and cookies which was a nice gesture. the location was great, close to restaurants and historical sites. One thing that I enjoyed was the balcony view of the street and plaza.

The room was not clean, with visible stains on the bed sheets and carpet. the bathroom was not properly stocked with towels and toiletries.
